1. The product

PrivBgCut is a desktop application for offline image background removal. It runs locally on your Windows machine and does not require an internet connection after installation.

2. Trial

A new installation includes a 7-day full-featured trial. No account or payment information is required. After 7 days, the app enters a locked state unless a license is activated. No automatic charge occurs at any point.

3. License

Permanent license. A purchased permanent license is a one-time payment granting you a perpetual, non-transferable right to use the app on the machine it is bound to. The license is bound to a machine ID derived from your device. Reinstalling on the same machine does not require a new purchase.

30-day pass. A 30-day pass is a one-time payment granting you a non-transferable right to use the app on the bound machine for 30 days from activation. When the 30 days end, the app returns to the locked state. The pass does not renew automatically and cannot be converted retroactively into a permanent license; you may buy another pass or the permanent license at any time.

Licenses are intended for a single user. Transferring a license to another machine or reselling it is not permitted.

4. Updates

All updates to the application — including bug fixes, feature improvements, and new model files — are provided free of charge to license holders. There is no subscription, and no paid upgrade path is currently planned.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the application. You are solely responsible for the images you process and for ensuring you have the right to use them.

6. No warranty

The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that output will meet any specific quality standard for any particular image.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

8. Refunds

Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any change. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
