Refund Policy

1. Try before you buy

PrivBgCut offers a full-featured 7-day trial. Every feature is unlocked during the trial, including all models, batch processing, ZIP export, and full-resolution output. You can evaluate the app completely before paying.

2. Refund window

If you purchase a license and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@privbgcut.pocketjoy.fun with the order number and the machine ID used for the purchase. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. Conditions

Refunds are granted in good faith. We may decline a refund if:

• The request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
• There is evidence of license redistribution, resale, or abuse.
• The license has already been transferred or reassigned to a different machine.

5. After refund

When a refund is issued, we revoke the license record associated with your machine ID on our side. Because PrivBgCut verifies licenses offline, a copy of the license file that is already on your machine may continue to work until you uninstall the app or clear its data. If you want the license to stop working immediately, uninstall the app. The refunded license cannot be transferred or reused.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. A chargeback without prior contact may result in the license being permanently revoked.
